QuotaPath already brought clarity and structure to Virtuous’s commission tracking, making it easier to manage payouts at scale. But when it came time to process payroll, Joan still took extra steps to ensure accuracy.

“I was triple-checking everything from QuotaPath to Rippling—you never want to get payroll wrong,” Joan said.

While commissions were calculated with confidence, syncing those payouts into Rippling introduced additional manual work. Joan saw an opportunity to reduce risk and save time by connecting the two systems more directly.

“It was a no-brainer,” she said. “It only made sense to have these systems communicate.”

“We had a few issues with duplicate users, which were more related to SSO or old HubSpot records. But once we sorted that out, everything just worked,” Joan said, noting her appreciation for the responsiveness of the QuotaPath team through implementation and beyond.
